#19292 RE: ignatiusrielly35 #19289

And I'm being ultra-conservative with 1 billion right now. The current 350 million MC is worse than robbery, it's comical.

Look, for what we know today, the science works; we're talking about the potential for a "cancer cure" across multiple constructs. "Plaaaaaaaaaalease don't come with me for anything less than 10 billion" - I hope that's what DOC is thinking anyways (if he's thinking of selling early on).

And hopefully he is really thinking, "Not for sale. Thank you very much."

Hi Ignatius:
I reason thus...
We have no products on the market in a fast developing field...That'd be a solid basis for value.

We have no products with even a single, small, successful, phase 3 trial under our belts. That'd be a reasonable indicator of near term future value.

The Ph 3 trial we have going is rather small. Other drugs that scored well have been rejected on the basis of size alone.

And there is no solid assurance that we can pass a Ph3 trial acceptable to the FDA...Many drugs look good till the Ph3 results face FDA approval.

There seems to be some question about the viability of our IP RE our most developed constructs. How old are those core patents?

There's a fair chance that it will be yet more years before we have the FDA's blessings and can begin to market a product...However much we hope to the contrary.

What we do have is a record of good clinical trial results across a number of constructs over several years.
We have trials in process, a production facility and an established staff with expertise.
We have a possible approval in the near future in the EU.

And we still have enormous potential for value at some unknown future date.

That's why i think our PPS value is rather arbitrary and vulnerable to the sort of manipulation we are seeing.
There's noting to do about it but wait it out, as we have been doing so long.
