when P2O's MOU converts to a DA and that converts to a PO i've kept funds in place since 2013 via 401k (to DCA PTOI *shares) B/D for 401k .. doesn't allow buys into any company whose stock falls below 1.00 .. regardless of where *stock* is traded ..
4 years of cash patiently accruing .. for what imo is as i noted elsewhere .. damn close
btw .. imo there are only 2 price points that now matter re: PTOI .. because of course no company can ever have *true valuation* when every year as a pubco has embedded abuse in play (2009 to today)
the first price point imo is 30/35c where NR/CEs' gave no honeymoon for current CEO's multiple million $ infusion (9.30.13..pps 35c)
the second price point imo is 1.00 to 1.50 .. due to the *fact* that many original investors have never sold one share but bought in at approx 80c ..
of course the ? then becomes with P2O's first (presumed) 2 processor PO in hand .. how many actual P2O investors in @ 80c .. would be willing to sell out for 20c to 70c per ..
i've asked all to speculate on what PTOI's *volume* will be from 10c to 35c .. suspect it's no more than 500,000 myself based on the reality of a long's 25000 GTC at 49c being used to signal on the ask side 6 weeks ago or so
$1.49 is where the last illegally orchestrated RUN UP on PTOI was stopped out @ in Jan 2013 ..
curious to see how PTOI is handled with MOU converting to DA and DA converting to a PO
and that doesn't factor in the ancillary material events noted by RH in his 3 2016 Shareholder Updates
But we have an update from the company. Sales of processors has not declined. We sold a building to finance operations for two more quarters. Remember, selling zero processors is expensive. Don't worry about how we're running low on buildings to sell, means nothing. Our lengthy and complex negotiations are still ongoing.
