Don't know what he has in mind for this but having an application in to operate an MJ grow operation within 200 miles of about 60 million people can't be bad. Med MJ is now legal not only in PA but in most surrounding states. It's going to drag through the bureaucracy wherever you are, that's expected, and having a Chinese sugar daddy (China Telecom) can't hurt either. Keep watching.
