Well it looks like we were both right. I'm wondering if this will be acceptable to the FCC. Since they publish this right on their site my guess is it is considered same as 5.8 MHz. Corrections welcome.

WattUp® uses the 5.850GHz-5.875GHz band for the transmission of power. This is right outside of the 5.8GHz Wi-Fi band.

Bluetooth Low Energy (BTLE) is used at the 2.4GHz (Unlicensed) band for communication.
