False the OS was higher than the float always has been. Calm down the cross trade was tiny compared to the others we would see that were 10 to 15 times that daily! That means end of dilution!
As long as their contracts and revenues are big enough the amount of outstanding shares isn't really going to affect how much return on investment we get. Also if they have enough cash they should be able to retire and buy back a lot of the OS.
