EDVA's analysis, which is the foundation of my price target analysis, assumes damages for unpaid royalties from 2007-2014, along with projected royalty income from 2015 to patent expiry in 2020. If there is a possibility of a longer time frame for damages (I was under impression that timeframe assumes favorable ruling RE: CoC) what would that time frame be; if granted?

Also, my analysis does account for litigation against other infringers. I have assumed 50% in additional damages ON TOP OF ATVI's payout.

Had you read carefully before rushing blindly to WDDDs defense, you'd have noted that I justify 50% on two grounds. First, Activision has collected the lions share of revenue relative to the universe of other potential defendants. Second, Activision's titles are uniquely dependent upon the IP in question.

Take Ubisoft, largely single player titles (AC, Far Cry, etc). Then EA; sure, there is Battlefield.....but Battlefield is different than CoD in that many servers are hosted by players and NOT EA. This will likely lower the apportionment rate relative to the rate applied to CoD revenue

Well, when you think about it.. unsolicited& free 'appraisals' are usually worth exactly what you paid for them.

Why would someone work so hard to give their analysis away for free?
Seems suspect.

I know why I am here. I know why I bought. I also know what has happened for the last 4 years and I don't feel the need to listen to someone else to validate my position.

Everyone else needs to ask themselves if it is worth selling or buying.
