Because AmeriResource the company still exists and still conducts business.

EXCEPT - it is now owned by Payroll Funding. ARIOQ shareholders no longer have any ownership interest in the company.

Companies continue on, even when owned by someone else. Just as if your car was seized by the bank for non-payment and sold to someone else. They don't crush the car just because you no longer own it. It continues on under someone else's ownership.

The same is true of AmeriResource. Still around, but owned by someone who isn't ARIOQ.
