Just to clear things up for newbs, Whole Hemp is now called Folium Biosciences, their agreement was with EWSD and EWSD is the subsidiary of Notis that refurbished those greenhouses out of pocket to let folium use the greenhouses. It's obvious folium was in the wrong.

Quote from official filing:
"Since May 7, 2016, we believe that Whole Hemp has been in default of its obligations under the First Amended and Restated Farming Agreement principally because they abandoned their obligation to perform farming activities.
