Yeah they did increase it to 5B, I don't care and when news hit this will be ready to fly from it's extremely oversold conditions. $0.00105 is the Volume Weighted Average price, a lot of risk is already priced in at these levels IMO

In the short term, this is a good thing. Here's the reason. If they take this back to .0001, they're stuck with 5B shares. Remember authorized shares aren't outstanding shares, and they can't dump that many over a short period of time. In the short term, it's in their best interest to pump this thing up high and slowly dump the remainder of the outstanding shares which are probably about 100M now if that. To me, this is a good buy down here. Obviously, don't hold for a long time. Take profits.
