Conference call kind of cleared that up... did you read the transcript I posted.
They are hiring a large group of engineers, two new engines to produce and mass production required for the 6.4 million dollar contract... as well as new contracts that they expect to announce shortly... all of which requires money now, not money that will come as the 24 million contract works it way thru the process.
Old saying in business..."You have to Spend Money to Make Money"
The dilution that will come from this is very minimal in the long term goals here. IMO
Smart to get the money while the market is right if they keep these contracts coming I can see them needing the cash to support the ramp up. 7.7 as of march 31 plus this 5 plus the 10 up front from the latest contract should make for a really healthy balance sheet this current Qtr.
