Shares are still intact. They may go away but till then I'm sitting on a chunk of shares. The plan states that they are authorized to cancel the shares. So far they have not notified the SEC that the shares are cancelled. I've been keeping an eye on the daily list and even after almost a full year of hearing how the shares are definitely cancelled and worthless, they still trade. I see a ticker RJETQ on the daily list states shares are cancelled, and when you see the POR, it states clearly that "all interests shall be cancelled" ...not so with ARIOQ. I'm not saying we are safe by any means, just that there is some hope and with some of the other claims on this board of positive things coming I am remaining optimistic , despite the negative posts that I am sure this post may atract.
