Looks like a decent amount of that was edited. I'm sure he was slapped on the wrist by the lawyers when he made his first comments about releasing fannie. He didn't say they won't be private. He only said that he never said "PRIVATE" which is true. The only option is to release with government over site as a probation with no government responsibility of company fate.
