Conversions are done. They started April 1. Look at the chart. Those shares have already been sold.

April 1st, states already converted. Volume for the month was huge. Dilution from that lender should be done. This is a good 8k wich shows company cleared a good chunk of debt in April. Warrants at 04-05.

As per SEC rules, shouldn't they have filed and/or released this news within 4 days of the settlement date? They waited 30 days.
