One big problem...they can't register and sell shares or warrants when ECOS is delinquent in their filings?

They still owe a 10-K for 2015, plus 3 10-Qs and a 10-K for 2016?

And IRRC, they may all need to be audited? Either way it will be a while before they ger back into SEC compliance

The 10-Q (unaudited) filed on the 27th was for the 3rd quarter of 2015??
