Exactly - this was an empty shell that had not been traded for 2 years. Richard Oravec chose it because it would be an easy Reverse Merger with very low debt on the books.
It was by way of the 300,000 preferred share purchase that triggered someone who still owned the stock and noticed a filing change that got things perked up. Then the DD ran WILD.
With that, the volume began to increase - then went WILD as the DD was released and confirmed. It's been fun for me, and I only found this with my stock screener at .032
I'm a believer in the DD and I too think that the Name Change, Ticker update, then financials will be released. In the meantime, I am sure we will uncover more excellent material (DD) to support enthusiasm.
There could be some dips - so hold on tight. But when the run begins - how fun can fun be??? Those who found this below a penny already know.
