Perhaps that is true but each day the debt grows larger because of the interest. Perhaps it depends on the lender and what they will now agree to. If anythng. But from what I gather, the lender RIGHT NOW could put the property up for auction and if NVR doesn't get them the $1,900,000 owed they can sue for the balance.

In other words, the longer this isn't resolved the larger the debt owed becomes. :-(
