One of the problems is, the courts keep giving defendants 3 or 4 months to come up with things because it's easier on the courts to schedule far out dates. Has nothing to do with successful litigation or case importance. It's all about the judge and case loads.

Looking at h-j-oe pacer history, a ton of sessions were extended up to 6 months later, only to be re-extended another 3 months. Over and over.

h-j-oe is doing the exact same thing as nanosux n-t-ek that play the delay game. veal may be a back woods moron, but his wife has some knowledge of the courts.

I must have 10 different scam stocks with the ceos and principals all doing the same thing. It's maddening.
