Joey Logano will have to change a transmission and drop to the back of the pack to start the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond International Raceway. Logano has to give up a fifth-place starting spot, which is how his place-differential will be calculated. This hurts his odds in the race, but he should be able to recoup to finish in the top 10.
