combination of things.....share promotion/dilution program with a 3rd party group to distribute shares
....original projected launch for srirancha stixs
....product sales that were destined to be sold nationally which were eventually scaled back
....bubble in the market due to voting for recreation or medicinal pot.


Now... SGMD has a new launch date for srirancha Stixs May 9th...let's see if it holds true...

Time will tell if SGMD has rectified the other streams of revenues to reflect their original projections....
