I'm worried about pre-IPO. I hope there is a plan B if it fails. I would like to see that they signed a contract for AF5 as soon as the bank loan becomes available. Pay 10 million in advance and start building. Then we certainly know that production will increase even if pre-IPO is failing or delayed. I do not want to lose pace. The money from pre-IPO can be used for AF6 instead.

The time is now. Look at the list of advantages.

1) Get the MF going
2) No loss in ownership or EPS
3) Buy 12 months of time before needing money from the 2nd pre-IPO round. During which they can get the prawns working and improve their chances.

It could save us a whole year (of agony) if SIAF can get a loan and take the first 10%.

no investment bank will underwrite it.

they will do a private registration, then let it trade "pink" OTC in the USA and try to sell more stock to current shareholders at a huge discount.

thats because HK wont accept them. keep that dream alive.
