Goh has made a lot of progress in the last few months.
Not only did we get rid of old medbox management he has got the problems they left behind straightened out with the SEC and not even a fine!
Which Many said would not happen. I choose to get my Info from the company.
No matter how much Goh and the NGBL accomplishes some will never be Happy.
One thing is for sure shorts hate a dividend and it would be great if Goh would spin one off. When I see a lot of opposition. I know NGBL is getting ready for another big run just like has happened so many times In the past without this kind of news.NGBL's Pre-election run was 2500%. Volume precedes price.
So when big volume comes in we know what will be next. Once the cannabis business kicks in for NGBL,
We should see a run that is sustainable!
I still waiting to hear more about this:

With the consent decree, Notis Global formally severs any and all ties to the former senior executives of MedBox, Inc.—thereby closing a sad, long-ended chapter in the company’s history.

We, the new Notis Global executive team, have spent the past 30 months cleaning up and moving beyond what had been MedBox, Inc. At the same time, we developed and have been executing our new business plan, which is beginning to show early signs of success.

In the coming weeks and months, we expect to have good, going-forward news to share.
