At the moment the company is DELINQUENT (yes it is, check OTC page, upper left corner) and furthermore mr. Hartman told us "he would file next week". Today's the first day of the new week, so there's no room left for more excuses. Either file today or tomorrow before the opening bell or many dedicated followers of BIEI will move on.
