The best part CEO had no idea. Prob realizing over this weekend he and his partner have a second chance with supporters now. If I was him I'd issue a pr about anything in regards case and a game plan for the company. If they get a good settlement imo should be enough to open shop and go debt free for a year or so and allow them time to make equity. Jmho.
