seems like a lot of shares, but dollar-wise actually very small. a mere 250 people with 10 million shares each could buy up everything.

Well remember we have approx 700 million that are restricted. So in reality we're dealing with 1.5 Billion (potentially) free trading shares. Many of us have a large number of shares here.

Many exciting days ahead imo , the company's actively growing the business here. And the transparency is amazing.
