I cannot read all of that. Lol the only thing I read about shareholders was from your previous post where it said a new entity would be created and do the exact same thing as the old entity did and that there would be shareholders.
I read nothing about shareholders from the previous entity being wiped out or if they would be the same shareholders in the new company which succeeds in the event of recievership.
Also one last question, what would happen to the staff currently working at Fannie Mae in the event of recievership or this scenario which you are giving reference too? Would they all be replaced with others as well since it would be a new company? If you can elaborate on that too it would be much appreciated, thanks. :)
Please post the exact text where it says about the shareholders, I'm unfortunately too lazy to read all that lol.
