Obviously if Tmmi still owes their lawyers 545k they haven't spent that yet have they? I doubt the lawyers will sue. But anyway no question Tmmi needs new financing. Of course if they arrange it thru shares,you'll be on here complaining about dilution. If they arrange it thru loans you'll insist that the interest is too high.

Is Dimension Inc. prepared to spend another $800k in appeal over 4 more years for an obsolete VDK2 PVS/SGI hardware platform license?

One can only deduce this lawsuit itself is Dimension Inc.'s product used erroneously to raise investors' funds. In the end someone is going to have a lot of explaining to do.
