so you have a fixed amount there vs. a floating amount of 20% based on an increasing share price by that time.

and is it correct to point out that companies can only declare dividends out of retained earnings and not when they are still in deficit?

so that presumes ELTP is already profitable by that time?

$4.6M in annual dividend entitlement/compensation is chump change for billion dollars worth of company earning hundreds of millions of dollars?

I was privileged to have met our whole Hearted

Ceo a few years ago , shook his hand, sat, and

talked. I BELIEVE and am all in on his business

plan, Gratefully,having owned shares in a few bios

pharmas I have learned the pps can fluctuate wildly

at times while the company can remain the same on paper

in that exact same time frame, no news etc.

I believe him when he implies back in Jerrys time that
He has the loyal shareholders backs.
