When was the last time an OTC reduced outstanding shares by 40%!?

LOL!! Authorized and outstanding shares are not the same!! Tilton reduced only the A/S. Here's the 8-K:

On April 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Net Savings Link, Inc. and its principal stockholder, holding a majority of the voting power, formally approved an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation, decreasing the Company’s authorized shares of common stock from 10,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.001 per share to 6,000,000,000 shares with a par value of $0.001 .

Your pump is being bashed. Not $NSAV. Because you posted reduction in "outstanding" the door is opened for criticism.

Actually, the 8k shows $NSAV reduced authorized shares by 40%.

The news remains as beneficial to holders. While the OS remain unchanged, reducing authorized by 40% is still a great move in shareholder protection.

While some dilution could (not will, not would) could occur for operations, it would unlikely be the entire amount and 10B shares could be trades soon enough of the acquisition, merger...addition is strong enough.

Know what you hold.
