Except when it's all said and done, your reduced share amount will have much more value than before.

Not if you can't sell the shares.
SEIL has not shown anything impressive.
The short jump to .80+ had minimal shares traded and not even consistent between .10 to.20.

Look at the charts, look at the volumes.
Don't want to be a naysayer but dang - the numbers don't lie.
