Junebug3211, you are welcome. It is important to keep Emotions in check until after we know what Rob has to say. Remember, share price is always dependent on market demand. So, if the need for finance is urgent (perhaps extremely so), the finance company must sell as many shares as the market can absorb --- that may mean share price drops to its lowest possible measure until the full amount is obtained. For new investors, the result of a merger or acquisition is not readily ascertainable until results start pouring in. In the case of an acquisition that is already profitable (this is what Rob has indicated), the case is easier to evaluate, but still murky. This is what risk is all about.

This is an exciting new market, and consolidation is necessary. We may see far more in the way of mergers and acquisitions as the market develops. Lots to look forward too my friend. However, the ball is now in Rob's court to deliver.
