After watchng the linked video, the Echo Video says "depth sensing camera" so that can be a single or dual CMOS. The real attraction is software which you direct to take a picture or video and display them on your phone. The AI is then mostly online; 'judging' which outfit is more 'stylish'.

I can see the allure of these......but also how limited this item is as it is basially a remote camera connected to your phone to display & save photos/vidoes. It is unclear if this also acts as an Amazon Echo device (which I have and like).....and thus mostly replace the regular audio only Echo.

This could certainly use accurate dimensional sensing to better size clothes for sale.....but I suppose everyone already knows their 'size" so no HIMX WLO....which could come later????

I am just looking for items needing accurate dimensional & depth sensing which would use HIMX WLO's.....like the iPhone is rumored with 3D facial recognition. There is much potential in this accurate 3D sensing such as video gaming, mobile security bots, all robitics, automation/assembly machines, inspection devices, etc.
