I'm hoping that someone will be smarter than I was and look a little deeper than their website for reviews on the location. The place was an absolute dive. There was a hair clogged drain in our olive-green (60s inspired hot-tub), a leaky kitchen sink that soaked into the mildewy rug, the bed and pillows were stained with god knows what. And yeah, like the rest of the people who are writing on here, zero luck in getting your money back.

I am a realtor in south Florida. If a property in foreclosure is escalated to a foreclosure sale, there is still time to maneuver legally. If your statement is that the courts have ruled against the plaintiffs and the property in question is then scheduled for a foreclosure sale. Which means that the plaintiffs are still allowed to stop the sale up to the day of the the scheduled sale at 10:00 a.m. This could be resolved by a short sale effort or a simple filing causing the sale to be continued into the future.
Foreclosures can take years to resolve.
We shall see if you are correct in your assumptions....
