There is one that promotes a worthless pile of smelter slag in Clarkdale (SRCH). Somehow, Phelps Dodge missed 10 million ounces of gold in their smelting efforts. And only Searchlight's "special" assays can detect the gold. Much like the "special" assays that are required for seeing the platinum at El Capitan.
