To me it just sounds like ongoing negotiations for the construction of manufacturing facilities. Which begs two questions:

- If the company is just coming out of R&D phase and is planning manufacturing facilities, what makes it an established battery manufacturer for which is has been touted here for the past month?

- just because county officials are negotiating doesn't mean this is government funded. Every construction project has county officials involved. Doesn't mean that public money will fund it or beyond some subsidies for creating jobs. Who bears the cost? Are they going public to raise those funds?

Yeah man, ZJMY has been making moves under the radar for quite some time, in a big way, with powerful connections.
IMO, they aren't planning to advertise the company because they don't need to. The listing of a fully functional, selfsufficient entity in the US, will serve them by creating a massive amount of extra capital while inherently creating a market in North America, also without advertising, through raw intrigue of a "hot new stock". It's genius really.

China government Is not here for us to make money,
wherever they are in they will manipulate the company to their interest.
I already lost on a different stock where the China government came in taking most of the assets. Look up tiker SDRG

This is a joke. Now dolv has a government connection? Don't believe everything that you read online. I have a question for you? Do you know where is their manufaturing facility? If this has the potential to be a huge, why is the company so silent except third party websites that claim this or that? There are many fake news.
