Well, it certainly means they met so there's a good chance the Chinese gov. Is involved in some funding aspects, which has also come from other previous sources on the board. It would make perfect sense since in other articles describing the zjmy vehicles there is a big push to make electric vehicles affordable to the masses; and in this case even more affordable than any other electric vehicle out there and in China too. These charging stations will help make that possible along with many other factors. How awesome to see these articles translated. I have officially been convinced to learn Chinese now that I see what an advantage it is to modern day investors. Rosetta Stone! Lol
