Typical scam talk. "Executed. awaiting docs" implies the docs are mere confirmation (as they intend to imply).

It has not been approved by FINRA. In fact FINRA doesn't even show submission of an application yet.

No FINRA approval, no merger.

But now we know why Ogburn tried to return his stolen shares.
