That is a weak excuse NN.
if you are running a legit company filing a 100k is not an major inconvenience.
It's all paperwork that needs to be done anyway if you are running a legit company.

Being a non reporting pinksheet is a choice.

He made the same choice on IGEX. it was fully reporting until Dan stepped in.
Being fully reporting was one of the main reasons for the deal.
Now it's no longer fully reporring.

How is the deal supposed to leave the illegitimate past behind us when it's still illegitimate?

Filing the minimum paperwork is no effort at all.
If you don't do it that's because you cant.
Like SRSR, if they filed actual paperwork the stock would be halted and court cases would be opened.
