I don't believe that Amazon will ever excercise their option for 23% of PLUG.

The day Amazon lets the option expire is the beginning of the end for PLUG.

What the people do understand is Amazon required the rights, to buy not they committed to buy Plug, big difference. Amazon has not made any guarantee to buy.

By the reaction of the stock price since the announcement, smart money doesn't seem to be to excited about it.

Do you people not understand that Amazon is going to own of 23% of this company?
