Here is a email I sent to Devon regarding the fees back in March 9, 2017.

He is aware of the license expiration, but like one of the members said, if its a reverse merger he don't have to renew license or pay fees. Tomorrow is the last day to pay. If it doesn't get paid, i think reverse merger news on the way.

The Nevada Secretary of State shows fees pending, and business license expiration date of 4/30/2017?

What is holding up so long?
