Yeah, there are some dumb traders with every stock. We shook some of these out in February and are in the process of doing the same now. I never thought I'd have a chance to buy in this range again, but am taking advantage of it now. Pretty ridiculous, though. The same seller would have had a buyer at 12 cents as they did at 10. Even if selling (which isn't smart), they're throwing away 20% of their profits unnecessarily.
