There is absolutely no question that the ARIOQ common shares have been cancelled under the Plan approved by the Federal Bankruptcy Court. The ARIOQ common shares are completely worthless.
If for some reason you don't believe the Federal Bankruptcy Court documents, all of which are public information, contact Robins or Hoffmeister directly and ask. One of them will tell you the same thing they have told other people that have contacted them - the ARIOQ shares were cancelled and are worthless.
