No, it doesn't. The common shares of ARIOQ were cancelled in the bankruptcy.

AmeriResource Technologies the company, however, does live on. But, under completely new owners. ARIOQ shareholders own NOTHING.

Any business or related activity by AmeriResource Technologies is no longer applicable to ARIOQ.
