Ramad I think we have all learned that just because you say it does not make it true.
Ramad it is clear you are not a lawyer and probably have not had experience in legal proceedings. I have explained that it is not that simple and if it were we would not need lawyers or judges or millions of pages of case law. We have all this because bankruptcy is quite complicated in the US and the process can take years. Added to that the major note holders are a large hedge fun that is accused of bribery and running a Ponzi scheme and a foreign entity.
You can't honestly think that Platinum's illegal conduct won't be a consideration in these proceedings. It will probably be the focal point of the litigation. If ECTE declares bankruptcy today we won't know the fate of the patents for at least a year and probably more.
