My take on Ecuador is it will come after Dalian. Dalian has $7 million of improvements already on site and my understanding is there is not much needed there to ramp up the operation. Ecuador will need improvements so by getting Dalian revenues coming in they will be able to fund Ecuador. Larry said in a PR that he was structuring these deals to minimize dilution which fits right into this scenario.
