Roughly what year was that? I think there was a lot of live comedy taped and made during the mid to late 1950's (maybe into the early '60's) ...like The Milton Berle Show...Sid Caesar's Show of Shows...was that the name? (I'm not too familiar with this one) I think Red Skeleton had a show as well. The Betty White show was funny too...and Betty was a doll! I wish I could see much more of these shows. I really just enjoy watching them. It makes me feel good.

BTW...when I saw Jonathon Winters in It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World (4 mads?) when I was a kid, I thought he was about the funniest guy around! Of course I liked Jerry Lewis a lot back then too. I guess I still like'em :)
