I agree completely that on product development they are methodical and doing good job.
But my concern is they miss an opportunity by being so undervalued - to go faster and reach wider.

This company could easily have a 15-20mm cap and that would mean a huge jump from here.
That we are so far from reflecting opportunity we get trapped by the very traders we want to rise above.

Needs serious buying support by bigger $$, not penny traders. I've seen good companies here and on big boards w same issue... great co, but destructive gap in value.
