Is the land good land for farming? If so, they could also grow either cannabis or hemp. They have proposals on the table to legalize industrial hemp. Do you have access to the owners? If so, it might be worth mentioning this to them. Just a thought. . . Land in Colorado is being snapped up like there's no tomorrow because of the cannabis situation, so it's just a matter of time and positioning.
