I've no problem with either the o/s or the salaries (i don't work for free either) because when the buyout(s) occur, I will also be getting paid. However, I do think $2 is low, more likely will be in the $3-$5 range. jmho

So you don't care about the number of outstanding shares - sounds like you should not be an investor. I don't mean to be critical but that is not a very rational comment from any business investor.
