In my opinion, Oravec and William's book on reverse mergers targets a very, very small and unique audience. Hence, only a handful of reviews by very sophisticated readers. Think about it, how many people do you think there are considering a reverse merger for their company?

Even in the investing world, an extremely few investors would be seeking out a book to aid in their understanding of reverse mergers for investing purposes. Most just go on boards such as DOLV and ask questions. Many people on this board don't bother to read the DD much less a book!
