I disagree. A buyer could have lowered the bid and got cheaper shares. This one was sending a message.

The short seller had an ask of 325K at .0295. The buyer took all of those and wanted 175K more. The short seller only shorted 500 more shares. This tells me he is getting nervous and is nearing his limit, looking for an exit strategy.
